Behind the Designs
Kleschen Designs is a sibling-founded product design studio where imagination meets precision. With backgrounds in medicine and mechanical design, we create wellness products that combine imagination, thoughtful design, and a touch of magic.
FOUNDER
Kyle is a mechanical designer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Montana State University.
He is skilled in product design, 3d modeling, 3d printing, circuit board design/assembly, and has an interest in lighting displays and arrays. His work experience in several industries helps him look at problems in novel ways and come up with innovative solutions.
Kyle lives in Phoenix, AZ.
FOUNDER
Melissa is a physician who holds an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and an MD from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She practiced as an outpatient pediatrician for nearly a decade before transitioning to become an entrepreneur.
Her skills include in-depth product and market research, product development, and project management. She also enjoys multimedia production.
Melissa lives in Missoula, MT.

We start with a spark, then go to an organized sketching and brainstorming process to bring our crazy ideas to life. We love this part!
Market Research & Patent Search
We conduct detailed market research to see where our idea fits into the world. We are also skilled in patent searching and documentation. With the help of our awesome legal team, we patent and protect our ideas.
3D CAD Modeling &
3D Printed Prototype
Our idea and initial sketches become a real object at this stage! We create detailed CAD models of our products and modify until perfect. We then create a 3D printed prototype ready for testing.
